Rashmi Bismark is the author of the award-winning picture book, Finding Om. She is a physician by training, specialized in Preventive Medicine and Public Health. Her clinical focus is teaching mindfulness and mind: body approaches for health and well-being. She is also a daughter, wife, and mother, raising two little yoginis-in-training.
